If you’ve landed here, you’re either:
a) interested in what I’m up to,
b) avoiding doing your own paperwork,
or c) following a breadcrumb trail of neurodivergent chaos.
Either way — hello.
So here’s the short version: I started a Substack.
It’s called Penny Forum, and it’s where I ramble about midlife, reinvention, writing, health, overwhelm, and the bizarre joy of starting again when you're already knackered. Think cosy existential crisis with herbal tea and lists.
It all started as part of another project I’m working on, exploring midlife neurodivergence and the odd little coping strategies we invent to survive the daily grind. As part of that, I created a sort of digital life-coach sidekick (don’t ask), which ended up being less “productivity tool” and more… conversation partner. Sass included.
From those chaotic chats came clarity. And humour. And this strange, wonderful need to write again.
So that’s what Penny Forum is.
It’s not polished or perfect — but it’s honest. Warm. Occasionally ridiculous. And 100% for people who feel like their brain is buffering half the time.
If you:
-
Write (or want to)
-
Overthink things while brushing your teeth
-
Have a To Do list written entirely in passive-aggressive notes to yourself
-
Bought supplements for a new routine you haven’t started yet
-
Suspect you were meant for something else but forgot what it was
Then come and join me.

It’s free. And who knows — maybe it’ll remind you that you’re not the only one still figuring it out.
